The holiday season is our busiest—and at times overwhelming—so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best each year to make ordering smoother. To help, we’ve set up a dedicated email just for orders: lefsehouseorders@gmail.com.
Here’s a tip: both Lefse and Flatbread have a six-month best-before date. That means you don’t need to wait until December to order—placing your order earlier makes things easier for you and for us.
Important: Orders placed after November 30th may not be guaranteed, so please get your requests in soon!
And most importantly, please remember that every item we make is crafted by hand, with care, by real people. Quality takes time, and we’re grateful for your support and understanding.
When placing your order, please include:
ie: 1 pkg lefse, 3 pkg gingersnaps
We will get your package together, price out shipping and send you an invoice. Once your invoice is paid, we will get your package ready to ship.
***It is important to note***
We only ship lefse Monday to Wednesday to ensure it doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
You’re welcome to phone in your order; however, as Christmas approaches, we are unable to answer calls during the lunch hour. Please note that we’ll still need all the same information listed above. Since we don’t offer standard shipping, the ordering process remains the same.
We love welcoming our customers during the Christmas season—especially since, for many of you, this is the only time we get to see you! While we truly appreciate those who pick up their lefse in person, we strongly encourage you to email your order in advance, including the date and time you plan to arrive for pickup.

We will do our very best to prepare and ship all Christmas orders in a timely manner. However, once an order leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or the condition of items in transit. Shipping times, delays, and handling are outside of our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge that responsibility for your package transfers to the carrier upon pickup. Tracking information will be provided for your convenience.
